ONLINE PROGRAMS

In the case of online programs, we do not offer refunds post-purchase, as by that stage we have already committed resources to you and may have had to turn others away.  Nor do we offer refunds if you are unable, for whatever reason, to complete the course. We will, however, accommodate you to the best of our ability to help you if we possibly can.
